Derby Day 2010
is on Saturday, 5th June.
Derby Day dates back to 1780 and is still the greatest flat race in the world. The Derby remains the race that everyone wants to win, as horses and riders are pushed to their limit around the unique and challenging course. Derby Day is a great day out and always has a very special atmosphere. Our exclusive marquee is situated on the Tattenham Corner, where, according to many pundits the horse race is often decided. The design of our structure places part of our balcony right on top (literally) of the running rail making our guests the closest people to the racing horses, (apart from the jockeys, naturally). This elevated platform affords our guests the most spectacular views across the racecourse and the downs.
